Absolutely loved visiting the National Museum Cardiff! ⭐️ What an incredible place, with so much to see and discover. The amazing collections, fascinating exhibits, and beautiful artwork made the whole experience really enjoyable. The museum is beautifully presented, and there’s something interesting around every corner. A fantastic day out and definitely a must-visit if you’re in Cardiff. Highly recommended! 👏✨

Free and has 2 main attractions for me: top floor - art and some serious art at that from your Monet's, Turner's, Van Gogh's, Picasso's and Lowry's through to more modern and Welsh artists. The bottom floor has a number of natural history and nature exhibits which kept the kids entertained. I particularly liked the meterotite and moon rock! Car parking available behind the museum, cafe and shop inside as well as some space for packed lunchers. A stone's throw from the city centre.

Loved this museum, free to visit and you don’t feel pressured to donate like the museums in London! The exhibitions are well designed and interactive. The information boards are captivating and informative. Very friendly helpful staff!

The National Museum of Cardiff is easily walkable from the city center. It’s a high quality museum with many interesting exhibits. It’s easy to spend a couple hours here exploring. Admission is free (leave a donation!) and there is a cafe and gift shop on the first floor. Overall, I had a wonderful visit. The natural history portion of the museum was my favorite.

I visited the National Museum Cardiff with my nephew and had a very enjoyable experience, which I would rate 4 stars. The museum is well organised and easy to explore, with a wide range of exhibits covering natural history, art, and Welsh heritage. It is a great place to spend a few hours learning and exploring at a relaxed pace. We found the layout accessible and comfortable to move around, which made the visit smooth and convenient for both of us.
