The bar-top dancing chain's Cardiff outpost, run as a loud, rowdy night out rather than a serious club.

The movie, Coyote Ugly is a guilty pleasures. To see a bar of this in person was a delight. Came in here early afternoon, played pool, had some drinks. Went off to see Motionless in White then came back here for the next 4hrs. Great atmosphere, laughs were had. The ladies running the entertainment were very good at their jobs. No fights which I was surprised at as men/drink surrounded by ladies usually ends up badly. Security staff kept a beady eye. Def look to come back when in Cardiff next

Deeply Sexist Establishment We visited coyote ugly saloon on a Friday night excited to have a good boogie. After paying £5 to enter we walked into the main room and were greeted by a large sign saying “dance on the bar for a free shot of corkeys”. Eager in anticipation of a free shot and a waltz on the bar, we approached the bar and started to climb the stairs. Out of nowhere a bouncer leaped towards us and aggressively threw his hand accross my chest saying no men allowed on the bar. I was heartbroken and disgusted. My autistic friend was devastated. This kind of sexism and discrimination is not ok in this day and age. Prime minister Andy Burnham has been informed.

Staff are brilliant. Managers are absolutely awful. £5 deposit for the pool table. Cash only. Rather than faff with their system I offered to pay rather than hold a deposit. Manager flat out refused two of us. Third person turned to another person in the queue and paid for their drink for £5 in cash. The manager confessed "I'm sorry we have been difficult". Do you want to do business?! Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this place. Obscenely loud music with zero atmosphere. Tonnes of better places.

The best night out we have had in a long time!!! We were here the other weekend for our friends birthday. This was our first ever visit to a Coyote Ugly bar, and it definitely won't be the last!! Service was great. I would like to give special recognition to Rosie who couldn't do enough for us. She went above and beyond and brought the best vibes to make sure we all had the best experience. Between the music, dancing, vibes and service the whole experience was 10/10 and we are already planning to return.

Really rude staff, argued the order that was literally two drinks and the bar staff ended up realising it was actually correct. But didn't apologise. Played a game and then ask for a tip .and then complained and was abusive about the amount give. Ungrateful entitled human beings. 😡 would waste my money in there again.
